Regular Yoga Classes That Are Prenatal-Friendly!

The following schedule includes all of Jenni's current classes.  For classes that are not specifically prenatal yoga - appropriate modifications for pregnancy will be given - just be sure to let Jenni know that you are pregnant!  And of course - please get permission from your doctor before you start any exercise program while you are pregnant.

Wednesdays at 9:00am-10:00 am - Flow 1 - Fairfield Family YMCA

Wednesdays at 6:00pm-7:15pm - Prenatal Yoga - FreeSpirit Yoga

Thursdays at 6pm-7:25pm - Prenatal Yoga - Kava Yoga

Fridays at 6pm-7:25pm - Flow 2 - Kava Yoga

Sundays at 8:30am-9:55 am - Prenatal Yoga - Kava Yoga
