These Prenatal Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes taught by Jenni Brandon are designed to move the pregnant woman through a flow-style practice, connecting breath with movement. Strengthen your body & increase flexibility and endurance in preparation for labor. Regular practice may improve sleep, decrease general discomforts that come with pregnancy such as back pain, headaches, and shortness of breath. This may also lead to a less painful and faster birth experience.

The following schedule includes all of Jenni's current classes. For classes that are not specifically prenatal yoga - appropriate modifications for pregnancy will be given - just be sure to let Jenni know that you are pregnant! And of course - please get permission from your doctor before you start any exercise program while you are pregnant.
