Welcome to Long Beach Prenatal Yoga!

Long Beach Prenatal Yoga began in 2013 with an emphasis in bringing great prenatal yoga to the Long Beach area. Prenatal yoga can provide both physical and mental support for the moms to be, as well as creating community that goes beyond the mat. Long Beach Prenatal Yoga strives to provide a forum where women can connect and share their stories, ask questions, and come together to celebrate pregnancy!

What to expect: Whether you are a new yogi or have been practicing yoga before your pregnancy, Prenatal Yoga is great class to attend while you are pregnant.  Classes are in a flow-style of yoga, meaning that we connect breath and movement and flow through poses.  Poses are designed to strengthen the body in preparation for birth as well as focusing on poses that help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as lower back pain, headaches, shortness of breath, swelling in ankles, etc. 

Modifications for pregnancy will be given, such as the use of blocks, straps, and blankets to allow you to fully enjoy poses while making them accessible.  Come move and flow with baby and feel great all through your pregnancy and birth!


Prenatal Yoga is led by Jenni Brandon who is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT 500) and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT)  through Yoga Alliance.  She received her 500-hour teacher training at Kava Yoga.  Jenni is also a  certified 85-hour Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and studied with Jennifer More

Jenni is passionate about women's health and  supporting women during their pregnancies and looks forward to building a prenatal yoga community that goes beyond the mat!
